Ticketing Policies- All sales are final.
- Rep Stage does not issue refunds.
- All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
- Current student ID is required for all high school and college students in order to obtain student pricing.
- Tickets are only good for the date printed on the ticket.
- Events, times, productions and performers are subject to change.
General Information
Cameras: All recording devices, including camera phones are prohibited.
Children: Unless otherwise indicated, no one under 8 years old will be admitted.
Latecomer Policy: Late comers are seated at the management’s discretion at a point in the performance and in a seat that will be least distracting to the actors and patrons in the theatre. The late seating points are different for each production and each venue. In some cases, there may not be any late seating points for a given production.
Lost and Found: Items will be taken to HCC's lost and found at the main security office. To inquire about personal belongings that may have been left in the theater, call 410-772-4882.
Parking: Parking is available during evenings and weekends in LOT G for Horowitz Center patrons. Weekday parking is available in LOT A.
Refreshments: Light snacks and beverages will be sold either before the start of the performance or during intermission, depending on the production. Food and drink are not allowed in any Horowitz Center performance venue.
Smoking: Howard Community College is a smoke-free environment. There are designated smoking areas outside the Horowitz Center.
Inclement Weather: If Howard Community College is closed, DO NOT assume that the Rep Stage show is cancelled. Call to Confirm. In general, performances are not cancelled unless the MD STATE POLICE declare a state of emergency and close the Howard County roads. Call the Box Office to check the status of a performance (option 0). Radio and TV announcements for Howard Community College closings affect only classes and not Rep Stage performances.
