Purchasing Policy

EXCHANGES

Subscribers may exchange their tickets for free, for all others, there is a three-dollar service charge per ticket exchanged

Once the date on your ticket has expired, they are no longer valid for exchange purposes. 

Tickets can only be exchanged for a performance of the same event. 

If you are unable to attend a production or exchange your ticket; give your tickets to a friend.

All ticket exchanges are subject to seating availability.  Ticket availability may be confirmed over the phone by calling 410-772-4900 and choosing option "ticket availability" from the answer machine menu.  Once the date on your tickets has passed, the tickets cannot be exchanged.

REP Stage is not responsible if exchange tickets sent via mail, fax or overnight-drop slots are not received.  Call to confirm 410-772-4900.

When exchanging tickets for higher-priced performance, patron will pay the difference.  When exchanging tickets for a lower-priced performance, there is no refund for the difference.  

METHODS
OF EXCHANGE

IN-PERSON: Visit the box office Tuesday through Friday between 12pm and 5pm.
(NO EXCHANGES IN THE
FINAL HOUR BEFORE CURTAIN.)

MAIL: Send your tickets to the Rep Stage Box Office, 10901 Little Patuxent Parkway, Columbia, MD 21044.  Include your name, address, daytime and/or evening phone numbers, and the date/time of the performance of your choice.   Ticket availability may be confirmed over the phone by calling 410-772-4900 and choosing option "ticket availability" from the answer machine menu.

FAX: Tear your tickets in half, photo copy/scan them, then fax the torn tickets to 410-772-4467 by 4:00 p.m. on FRIDAYS.  Again, include the same information as noted above for MAIL.  

LATECOMERS

LATE COMERS are seated at the management’s discretion at a point in the performance and in a seat that will be least distracting to the actors and patrons in the theatre.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

If Howard Community College is closed, DO NOT assume that the Rep Stage show is cancelled.  Call to Confirm.  In general, performances are not cancelled unless the MD STATE POLICE declare a state of emergency and close the Howard County roads.

 Call the Box Office to check the status of a performance (option 0).  Radio and TV announcements for Howard Community College closings affect only classes and NOT REP Stage performances.
