Equity performers for 2019-2020 Season Casting

One contemporary monologue (no classical works please) 2 minutes or under and 16 Bars of a contemporary musical theatre standard. OR Two contrasting contemporary monologues (should not exceed 5 minutes total) An accompanist will be provided, actors must bring their own music

Non-Equity actors will be seen if time permits after all Equity appointments are seen. Non-Equity actors may NOT make an appointment.

An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition.

  • Roger Mortimer (male mid to late 30s, White) - advisor to the King of England; a soldier and paramour of the Queen
  • Piers de Gaveston (male mid to late 20s, Black, Latino, or a man of color) - Earl of Cornwall and a favourite of the King
