Workplace Safety & Equity
Our work in the theatre requires risk, courage, vulnerability, and investment of our physical, emotional and intellectual selves. We value our commitment to the physical and emotional safety of the artists working for us, by fostering an environment of communication, respect, and accountability at all levels of the production. We also acknowledge that each artists personal definition of safety is indeed just that, personal.
Rep Stage commits to creating a space free of harassment whether it be sexual, or based in race, gender/gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, ethnic origin, immigrant experience or ability.
Rep Stage endeavors to be a nurturing environment that allows us to challenge ourselves, our audiences and our communities, a theatre that supports the risks we take as artists and values the freedom to create theatre that represents the full range of human experience.
