Saturday, August 22, 2020

The fifth annual Women+ in Theatre Conference will be held on August 22, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Horowitz Center at Howard Community College. Hosted by Rep Stage, the mission of the Women+ in Theatre Conference is to provide an opportunity for women+ theatre practitioners to network with one another and develop strategies that further the cause of gender equity within the industry and beyond. The 2020 conference will include a keynote address by Lady Dane Figueroa Edidi, a facilitated speed-networking session, a design panel, readings of winning plays from the 10-minute play contest, and a conference expo. The day will conclude with an excerpt from Lady Dane Figueroa Edidi's Ghost/Writer, a new play featured in Rep Stage's 2020-2021 season.

Registration Opens March 1, 2020
Registration Fee includes a light breakfast, lunch, a reception, and display space on a shared table at the expo.
